        Welcome to Barre Break
Have a reset in the middle of your busy day!
Barre Break is the perfect way to reset your body and mind in the middle of a busy day. This fast-paced class combines the best of ballet and Pilates movements to target all major muscle groups. We'll work on the mat, at the barre and in the center of the room to leave you feeling energized and strong. And the best part? This class is designed to give you maximum results without the intense cardio, meaning there is no need to go back to work sweaty! All skill levels welcome.
Equipment Needed:
-Pilates/barre socks (recommended, bare feet are an option as well)
-Water bottle
-Mat (optional: instructor will provide if needed)
-Weights will be provided
