Welcome to Chair Pilates

Looking for a low impact way to start or return to exercise? Robyn Centrella’s Chair Pilates will have you strengthening your core, boosting your flexibility and posture as well as improving your balance. Yes, you will sit in a chair and still feel like you’ve gotten a great workout! Participants are welcome to sign up for the entire month ($20) or drop-in on individual classes ($7)!
