In just 30-minutes, this dynamic core-focused class will strengthen your abs, back and obliques for improved stability and a powerful center. This class is dedicated to building a stronger, more resilient core which will aid in enhancing posture, balance and overall strength.

-Mat (instructor will provide if needed)
