Yoga with Nancy - Live Stream
Yoga is a simple, amazing connection of body, mind and spirit, great for all ages & body types. Class includes Stretches, breathing techniques and relaxation. It will enhance your physical and mental well being, increase strength, reshape muscles and tone your entire body. It will energize you and improve your overall health, including posture, balance, power and range of motion. It’s great for people with back problems and for alleviating muscle soreness and joint inflammation.
Please note, Fall Session I will be a combination of 5 weeks of live classes and 3 weeks of guided yoga with live instruction.
How live stream classes work:
1. Register for the class (below)
2. Classes will be held through ZOOM - an online streaming service.
This is a user-friendly platform will allow users to connect to classes through phone, tablet or computer at home. Additional instructions provided in the "Additional Forms and Files" section.
3. Use link provided to access classes on the date and time the class is scheduled. Link will be sent to your email once you have registered.
