Welcome to Little Yogis After School!
Held at Cherry Brook Primary School

What is Little Yogis About?
Welcome to our introduction to yoga after school program! Each one-hour session focuses on physical, mental and emotional development through engaging activities. Kids will enjoy - breathing exercises for relaxation and focus, yoga poses for flexibility and strength, story times with engaging children's yoga books and mindfulness activities and yoga games.

This class is designed to not only introduce children to the physical poses of yoga, but also to instill in them valuable life skills such as focus, resilience and empathy, all while having a blast in a supportive and nurturing environment!

Fall Session
Dates: Fridays 9/20-11/1 (No Class 10/11)
Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm
Location: CBPS Gymnasium
Fee: $100 for 6-Week Session

Winter Session
Dates: Fridays 1/3-2/14 (No Class 1/17)
Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm
Location: CBPS Gymnasium
Fee: $100 for 6-Week Session

Cherry Brook Primary School Dismissal to Program
At dismissal, all program participants will be dismissed to the program instructor.
