Welcome to Build & Burn: HIIT, a transformative high-intensity interval training session designed to push your limits and elevate your fitness journey! This class is a perfect blend of strength, endurance, and dynamic movements that promises a full-body workout experience like no other. 

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, modifications will be offered to ensure everyone can keep pace while reaching their personal best.

Areas of Focus: 
- Increased strength & endurance:Moderate & Heavy weights used to build strength & power

- Enhanced cardiovascular health: Light weights used for cardio focused sections 
- Full body workout: Fast-paced, interval based training meant to be quick & effective

Equipment Needed: 
- Sneakers
- Water Bottle

- Mat (optional: instructor will provide if needed) 
- Weights will be provided.
