Kickstart your Friday with Barre 360!
This 40-minute barre class delivers a challenging yet low-impact experience. You will target every major muscle group through a series of precise, controlled movements, small isometric holds and high-repetition exercises. We'll utilize the barre, light weights, yoga blocks, balls, sliders and more to tone your arms, sculpt your core and strengthen your legs. Leave feeling invigorated and ready to conquer your Friday! All fitness levels welcome!
Equipment Needed:
-Pilates/barre socks (recommended, bare feet are an option as well)
-Water bottle
-Mat (optional: instructor will provide if needed)
-Weights will be provided
