Winter Session 1: Chocolate Factory
What You Can Expect... Get ready for a chocolate-filled adventure! Each session is hands-on and filled with delicious fun! Kids will learn how to make tasty chocolate treats like Chocolate Banana Cream Pie, Sweet Chocolate Stuffed Pupusas, Chocolate Zucchini Pancakes, and Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.

What You Can Expect... Join Food Explorers for a dessert class with a surprise! Each week you'll make a sweet recipe with an added vegetable: Carrot Cake Energy Bites, Black Bean Brownie Trifles, Zucchini Cobbler, Chocolate Zucchini Cake Pops with Chocolate Frosting. Come along and try something new! Recipes are nut free but will contain dairy, gluten and eggs.

Spring Session 1: Spring Desserts 1
What You Can Expect... Celebrate the season with fresh, fruity and fun desserts! In this hands-on cooking class, kids will create spring-inspired sweets like Raspberry Cheesecake Pies, Lemon Sugar Cookie Trifles, Apricot Croissant Bites and Peach Melba Crumbles. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs and gluten.
