Beyond the Bell: Cherry Brook Primary School (Grades K-3)
Beyond the Bell is an after school program that focuses on creating a fun and safe space for kids to develop friendships, create art, burn off extra energy from the day, work on homework and explore interests. Beyond the Bell has scheduled activities and crafts throughout the afternoon that will allow your child time to do everything from completing homework to playing games with their friends!
Beyond the Bell is offered Monday-Friday at Cherry Brook Primary School. The program runs from school dismissal until 6:00pm on regular days and 5:30pm on half days. Please make sure your child has an extra snack and a refillable water bottle. Beyond the Bell is not offered during school vacations or on holidays and snow days.
Snow/Weather Policy
Beyond the Bell will not be offered on any weather related early dismissals or snow days.
Half Days & No School Days
Beyond the Bell is offered on scheduled half days and no school days, however must be signed up for separately. This means that if you have signed your child up for after school days at Beyond the Bell you still must sign them up separately for any half days or no school days happening during that month. Half days will run at Cherry Brook Primary School from dismissal until 5:30pm. No school days will run at the Canton Community Center in the Parks & Recreation Room from 9:00am until 5:30pm.
Pricing
We offer 3 different date/pricing options for Beyond the Bell. The full time option means that your child is registered to attend Beyond the Bell every day it is offered for that given month, not including any half days or no school days. The part time option means that your child is registered to attend Beyond the Bell for 8 days out of the month, excluding any half days or no school days. The single date option means that your child is only registered to attend Beyond the Bell one day during the month (ex. "John Smith will attend Beyond the Bell on Thursday, September 8th"). You can sign your child up multiple times for single dates if you need them to attend for more than one day.

Automatic withdrawal payment plans are available for seasonal and all-year bundles (both full time and part time). To set up a payment plan, please call the Parks & Recreation Office at (860)693-5808 during open hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm).
