Senior Citizen Water Aerobics
Exercise with water resistance! This low-impact cardio and strength-training class can contribute to improved heart health, reduced stress, improved muscular endurance and strength. No need to swim in this class! Water shoes (inexpensive) are recommended but are not necessary. You will leave this class feeling rejuvenated!
