Little Warriors Junior Golf Camp (Ages 3-7) - Little Warrior Golf Camp - Ages 3-4 Give your child the gift of golf, whether it’s the PGA tour, business meetings or just a healthy life habit. Golf can be a hard sport to learn but can be easier with the correct early development. Have your kids learn FUNdamentals with a local golf professional. By following the guiding principles of The American Development Model, we can guarantee your Junior will not only have fun, but will start having more fun playing all sports by capitalizing on age specific development windows. Explorers Day Camp 2025 - Full Summer Bundle Welcome to Explorers Day Camp 2025!Explorers Day Camp is the perfect opportunity for youth to make new friends, participate in a variety of activities and create memories that last a lifetime! This summer camp includes a variety of outdoor activities at the park, weekly entertainer visits and daily swim time in Mills Pond Pool (weather permitting). General InformationExplorers Day Camp is held Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm at Mills Pond Park. PM Care is offered from 4:00pm to 5:30pm daily for an additional fee. Fitness Matrix - Fitness Matrix - August Fitness MatrixThis fun beginner-to-intermediate class provides a full-body workout using multiple fitness modalities: resistance training, cardio, balance, and stretching using resistance bands, light weights, steps, POUND Ripstix®, occasional dance fitness moves, and chairs for optional standing support. Each class varies slightly, but each works all major and some minor muscle groups. Bring your own tools or we can provide them. Instructor Kathi Boratko is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America™ (AFAA) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and owner of FITMiX with Kathi.

Warrior Wrestling Club - Warrior Wrestling Club Join the CHS Wrestling Coaches for a developmental wrestling program for kids ages 7-12. Wrestling is one of the world’s oldest sports. It teaches agility, body mechanics, physical and mental toughness, discipline, confidence, resilience, respect, responsibility, and many other positive qualities applicable beyond the mat. This is a great opportunity to introduce your child to the sport safely. Each session will introduce new wrestling skills plus many fun, wrestling-specific games! 10th Annual Pooch Plunge - Pooch Plunge: Swim Wave #1 Why should people have all FUN? Bring your dogs out for the 10th annual Pooch Plunge on Monday, August 25 after the pool closes for the season. We invite social, well behaved dogs that play well with others. Dogs should have current vaccinations and tags. Dog owners should review all rules (see forms below) prior to attending. This event is for K-9's only. People will not be allowed in the water with the pups. Admission is $10.00 per dog, spectators are welcome though we recommend a donation. Proceeds benefit the Canton Dog Park. Pre-registration is required; registration closes Monday, 8/25 at 4:15pm. Event has a maximum of 35 dogs per swim wave. - Swim Wave #1: 5:45-6:30 - Swim Wave #2: 6:45-7:30Pups must clear the pool at the end of the swim wave. One swim wave registration per dog permitted. Please note, the main pool will be open for this event; splash pad is closed. Children under 12 years old are to be accompanied by and adult and must be supervised at all times. This event may be overwhelming for children to be in the facility. Children and their guardians are welcomed to watch from the pavilions as well.

Rookie Running Club - Rookie Running Rookie Running ClubFor absolute beginners to those runners wanting to improve their mile times, this course is for anyone 10 years and older that wants to put a little spring in their step this season. Runners will have 8 weeks to train with RRCA certified coach and local running mom, Monica, to run the Trick or Trot Halloween 5k race on Saturday, October 25 in Collinsville (race registration separate: not included in class fee). This course offers a mix of walking, running and yoga for runners to prepare to complete a 5k and feel their absolute best inside and out!Instructor will send out meet up locations weekly. Who Can Join: The program is designed for runners 10 years and older. Families, friends and running buddies are encouraged to register together! This program is a great way to keep accountable and stay on track with new friends. Please note, group training may include runs on the Farmington River Trail and around Mills Pond Park. While "buddy running" will be encouraged there will be instances when runners will not be directly supervised by the instructor. Runners may be on their own during some instances of the running program.
