This inclusive class blends strength training, cardio, and core work to help kickstart or elevate your fitness journey. While you sweat, your little ones have a safe, engaging space to play and socialize right in the same room.Whether you’re bringing a toddler or just dropped older kids off at school, this class is built for you!
Class Highlights:
Post Drop-Off Reset: Just dropped your kids off at school? Come enjoy some dedicated "you time," sweat out the morning chaos, and fill your cup before the rest of the day begins.
Kid-Friendly Space: Designed for children ages 4 and under. Kids can play in the sectioned-off area, while babies/pre-walkers are welcome right next to your mat.
Kid Play Zone: The instructor and the mom group naturally keep a collective eye on the play space, giving you total peace of mind to focus on your workout.
Postpartum & All-Levels Friendly: Clear options and modifications are offered for every exercise. If your infant needs to be held during class, your instructor will suggest seamless ways to keep moving together! (Note: Participants must be cleared for exercise by a healthcare provider if under 8 weeks postpartum).

Kid Play Zone: The instructor and the mom group naturally keep a collective eye on the play space, giving you total peace of mind to focus on your workout.
Postpartum & All-Levels Friendly: Clear options and modifications are offered for every exercise. If your infant needs to be held during class, your instructor will suggest seamless ways to keep moving together! Students will be learning a variety of dance routines during Hip Hop and will be learning lots of awesome and fun gymnastics skills. This program is a great way to keep up your skills and learn new ones. Please review all information below prior to registering. General Program information- Students should wear dance/gymnastic attire, bare feet & a ponytail - Both age groups' classes are gymnastics and hip-hop only. - Students need to have their hair pulled back and out of their face. - Please bring a water bottle and use the restroom prior to the start of class. Kid Play Zone: Kids (4 years & under) can play in a designated, sectioned-off area right in the room. Both the instructor and the mom group naturally keep a collective eye on the play space, so you can focus on your movement knowing your little ones are within sight.
Pre-Walkers Welcome Beside You: Babies and pre-walkers are welcome right next to your mat! Feel free to tend to your little one, feed, or soothe at any point during class—no stress, no judgment.
Postpartum & All-Levels Friendly: Clear options and modifications are offered for every exercise. If your infant needs to be held during class, your instructor will suggest seamless ways to keep moving together! (Note: Participants must be cleared for exercise by a healthcare provider if under 8 weeks postpartum).

Her soap making career started when her daughter had an allergic reaction when using commercial soap. She began doing skincare research and discovered that most commercial soaps were made with detergents. These ingredients can cause skin irritations. Barbara decided to learn how to make plant-based soaps for her family and friends instead of using commercial soaps. Now, she shares this information in her classes!

Pre-Tumble: For ages 3-5, this is a great foundational class for independent (no parent/guardian) students who are looking for tumbling and fitness. Skills are taught through a mix of song and dance as well as obstacle courses and other fun games! Students will learn forward rolls, jumps, pre-cartwheels, balancing, strength, and more based on abilities!Mini Movers: For 12-24 months, this child w/caregiver class promotes early social and physical skills and provides a comfortable space for you to guide your baby's skill and growth with new friends!
