Join anytime! Registration is rolling. You pick your schedule!Join the party and enjoy the health benefits of this energetic, feel good, low impact aerobic workout. This class is a total body workout set to Latin and international rhythms. We use the same music and choreography as Zumba Basic; the routines are just modified to be more gentle on your knees. No experience necessary, just a willingness to dance and have fun while logging at least 5,000 steps on your fitness tracker!Interested participants are welcome to take a FREE class on either a Tuesday or Saturday. Registration for a free class is required - see below. How it works:  Pick your schedule - purchase this flex schedule to be able to attend when it works for you. 8 class pass; classes run continuously throughout the year. Once you take 8 classes, register again to replenish your pass. Class schedule listed in the registration section below. Classes will be offered on both Tuesdays & Saturdays. Fall Classes are here! Please review all the information below prior to registering. Thank you! This dance and gymnastics program is designed for all skill levels. Dance is such a fun environment to be in. It's a place to be you, be silly, meet new friends and have fun!! Students will be learning a variety of dance routines during Hip Hop and will be learning lots of awesome and fun gymnastics skills. This program is a great way to keep up your skills and learn new ones. Sign up today! Please review all information below prior to registering.  Hip-Hop/Gym (7-11 years old): - Session I & II are 8-week classes and there is no commitment to the recital at the end of the year. Please note, if you would like to continue into the recital sessions the costume must be ordered by December 1. - The Recital Session begins in late January. This is a longer session where participants will work on skills and choreography to be presented at the final recital. Participants who are registered for this session are automatically included in the recital. Instructor will provide additional information on recital costume (additional fee). This program is only for students who have participated in at least session II of Next Gen. Payment plan available for the Recital Session only. A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercising, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels! Easily modifiable, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out!  Participants need to bring a mat and water bottle; pound sticks are provided by the instructor. Session IV: No class 4/1Session V: Five week session - No class 5/6 & 5/27 Please review the following COVID-19 safety protocols prior to registering: Masks are optional in all Canton municipal buildings and facilities, regardless of vaccination status.Social distancing still encouraged during physical fitness classes. Covid-19 protocols are subject to change.

C.A.S.T: Theater Improv Camp (Canton Amateur Seasonal Theater) CAST is teaming up with Wry BrEd to teach students the fundamentals of improvisation! Heard of "Whose Line is it Anyway?" Ask your parents! In this week-long romp, we will play games that allow us to connect as an ensemble, make strong theatrical choices, and learn how to create entertaining characters, scenes, and environments, all while making it up on the spot. Our last day of class will end in a performance for your family and friends, to show off your amazing new skills - skills which will help with interpersonal and professional relationships!  No acting experience necessary! Just a willingness to try new things. Don't wait, register today!

A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercising, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels! Easily modifiable, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out!  Participants need to bring a mat and water bottle; pound sticks are provided by the instructor. Session IV: No class 4/1Session V: Five week session - No class 5/6 & 5/27 Please review the following COVID-19 safety protocols prior to registering: Masks are optional in all Canton municipal buildings and facilities, regardless of vaccination status.Social distancing still encouraged during physical fitness classes.
