Fitness MatrixThis fun beginner-to-intermediate class provides a full-body workout using multiple fitness modalities: resistance training, cardio, balance, and stretching using resistance bands, light weights, steps, POUND Ripstix®, occasional dance fitness moves, and chairs for optional standing support. Each class varies slightly, but each works all major and some minor muscle groups. Bring your own tools or we can provide them. Instructor Kathi Boratko is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America™ (AFAA) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and owner of FITMiX with Kathi.

Welcome to Music with Miss Jean!This guitar led sing-along class consists of music and activities that keep everybody moving. Have fun playing instruments, jumping to the rhythms and learning some musical games. This class gets the kids dancing and helps them burn off some energy for nap time. Fall Classes are here! Please review all the information below prior to registering. Thank you! This dance and gymnastics program is designed for all skill levels. Dance is such a fun environment to be in. It's a place to be you, be silly, meet new friends and have fun!! Students will be learning a variety of dance routines during Hip Hop and will be learning lots of awesome and fun gymnastics skills. This program is a great way to keep up your skills and learn new ones. Sign up today! Please review all information below prior to registering.  Hip-Hop/Gym (7-11 years old): - Session I & II are 8-week classes and there is no commitment to the recital at the end of the year. Please note, if you would like to continue into the recital sessions the costume must be ordered by December 1. - The Recital Session begins in late January. This is a longer session where participants will work on skills and choreography to be presented at the final recital. Participants who are registered for this session are automatically included in the recital. Instructor will provide additional information on recital costume (additional fee). This program is only for students who have participated in at least session II of Next Gen. Payment plan available for the Recital Session only. Payment plan info: A pre-set payment plan will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout. If you do not wish to use the payment plan - enter the full amount of the program under "Payment". - Recital Rehearsal June TBA  - Recital June TBACombo (4-6 years old):All sessions are 8/9 weeks long . This is a great class for the active little ones who are looking for a foundation of tumbling and fitness. Skills are taught through a mix of song and dance as well as obstacle courses and other fun games! Tiny Tots: For ages 18 months - 3 years, this is an excellent beginner class for the active little ones who are looking for a foundation of tumbling and fitness and still need parent/guardian assistance/support in class. Skills are taught through a mix of song and dance as well as obstacle courses and other fun games! Students will learn basic forward rolls, jumps, pre-cartwheels and more! Pre-Tumble: For ages 3-5, this is a great foundational class for independent (no parent/guardian) students who are looking for tumbling and fitness. Skills are taught through a mix of song and dance as well as obstacle courses and other fun games! Students will learn forward rolls, jumps, pre-cartwheels, balancing, strength, and more based on abilities!Mini Movers: For 12-24months, this child w/caregiver class promotes early social and physical skills and provides a comfortable space for you to guide your baby's skill and growth with new friends! Welcome to Yoga Workshop for Beginnerswith Elaine CourneanIn these classes, individuals will learn a gentle and accessible yoga practice in the Kripalu yoga tradition, combining mind, body and spirit. Participants will learn supportive, foundational movement and meditation in a beginner yoga class. A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercising, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels! 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM    Pound Fitness Class - Session III: Pound Fitness Class
A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercising, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels! Easily modifiable, Pound provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out!  Participants need to bring a mat and water bottle; pound sticks are provided by the instructor. Session I: No class 10/14Session II: No class 11/11Session IV: No class 2/17 or 2/24

Welcome to Little Chefs & Colorful Creations Tot Classeswith Bonny HollisLittle ChefsHave fun and learn some basic cooking/baking life skills. We will be creating different treats each week while learning together! Our young chefs will learn the necessary skills needed for cooking. We will focus on safety in the kitchen, reading, following simple recipes, measuring ingredients, familiarization with kitchen equipment and tools while creating tasty treats. Any participants registered for both Little Chefs and Colorful Creations in the same session will be able to stay in the Parks & Recreation Room, under instructor supervision, during the 15-minutes between classes.Meet the InstructorBonny Hollis has a Bachelor of Science Early Childhood Education from the University of Hartford. She taught Preschool and Junior Kindergarten at The Renbrook School and Kindergarten throughout her career. She has also directed After school and summer programs including cooking and crafting classes.
