Art explorers create sequined Mexican Mirrors, Macaroni Mandalas and Shrinky Dink Animal Pendants. Make Funny Felt Monsters, paint Ceramic Snail Banks and create Mini Canvas Paintings with Easels. Design personalized Pencil Cases, sculpt Sweet Treat Clay Desserts and learn how to draw Perspective Landscapes. Plus, paint Goofy Animals on canvases, create Colorful Pillowcases and sculpt Clay Flying Pigs. These projects and more introduce children to a world of artisitc wonder while we encourage their own original ideas and their own unique perception and interpretation of art.Spring Session: Wild World, the Art of ConservationInformationDates: Tuesdays 4/21-6/2 (No Class 4/28)Time: 3:40pm-4:40pmLocation: Cherry Brook Primary SchoolFee: $162 for 6-Week SessionWhat To Look Forward To!Kids learn about a famous conservationist in each class and how they are working to save the animals. Kids will explore the wonder and beauty of the animal kingdom, and discover nature in a way that inspires empathy, curiosity and creativity. They learn about many different animals and how wildlife conservationists work to protect species around the world. They experiment with a variety of art techniques and use Crayola art materials to create frog paintings, ink diffusion jellyfish, polar bear sculptures and more!Notes About Participant School DismissalAt Cherry Brook Primary School dismissal time, Art-Ventures participants will be collected by a member of the Art-Ventures staff and brought to their programming room.
