Participants use colorful pool noodles to follow the rhythm of great music -- it'll get your blood flowing, your heart thumping, your brain working! This class is a total body workout set to Latin and international rhythms. We use the same music and choreography as Zumba Basic; the routines are just modified to be more gentle on your knees. No experience necessary, just a willingness to dance and have fun while logging at least 5,000 steps on your fitness tracker!Interested participants are welcome to take a FREE class on a Saturday.
