MINI SOCCER SHOTS (Ages 2-3.5)Soccer Shots Mini is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game. Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active. CLASSIC SOCCER SHOTS (Ages 3.5-5)Soccer Shots classic utilizes creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation. Equipment Needed: Play clothes, sneakers & water bottle. Age Requirement: Participants must be of age by the program start date.  Space is limited! Please go on the wait list if the session is full. If there are enough participants on the wait list, an additional instructor may be added to accommodate.

Designed for high school and middle school athletes who are looking to stay fit in the off season. This program will help athletes develop speed and acceleration in addition to improving upon strength, conditioning and overall mobility. The class will teach athletes how to train with proper techniques to prepare for any sports season. This program is coached by a certified group fitness instructor/former collegiate player and coach. High School SessionDrills will focus on increasing speed, while maintaining overall endurance and building strength. Designed for high school and middle school athletes who are looking to stay fit in the off season. This program will help athletes develop speed and acceleration in addition to improving upon strength, conditioning and overall mobility. The class will teach athletes how to train with proper techniques to prepare for any sports season. This program is coached by a certified group fitness instructor/former collegiate player and coach. High School SessionDrills will focus on increasing speed, while maintaining overall endurance and building strength. This program will focus on all the fun backyard games have to offer. Some examples include kickball, capture the flag, and different forms of dodgeball. This is a way for our members to connect with their peers while playing backyard games that they love. This is meant to be an extension of Physical Education class outside of school. This will encourage team building while having a lot of fun.
