It's all about the balance!  Tai Chi for Balance is a friendly group practice that focuses on muscle control, balance exercises, stretching and breathing to improve movement, relieve pain, and help you walk gracefully again.  Great for your general health and well being. No special attire, wear comfortable shoes. Continuous enrollment, join any time. If you have never tried Tai Chi before, now is your chance – first class is FREE for any new registrants who are not current students.
