Get ready to transform your fitness routine with our 10-class fitness pass! This pass is all about flexibility, fun, and affordability, letting you take control of your workouts.
With this pass, you're not locked into a rigid schedule. You can pick and choose your classes based on what fits your busy life, making it super easy to stay consistent with your health goals. Classes offered Monday-Friday! 

How it works: Register for the pass, then you can select your classes as you go throughout a four-month block. Just go to the desired class's registration page, select the flex pass option and register. Repeat this for 10 classes. Once you use your ten passes, you can register again and keep going! 

Flex pass eligible classes include: 


  • Bootcamp Circuit Training: Boot those Monday blues with an energizing circuit workout designed for overall strength and cardio building. (Mon/7am)
  • Fit & Play: A fun way for parents/caregivers to get a workout in while the little ones socialize and burn some energy. (Tue/9:20am) 
  • Movement Express: Using light weights, you'll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall movement – all in one express workout! (Tue/6pm)
  • Build & Burn: A high-intensity interval training class that blends strength, endurance, and dynamic movements for a full-body workout. (Tue/6:40pm)
  • Sweat Sesh: Get over the mid-week hump with a full-body workout that incorporates a range of weights, sliders, resistance bands and more! (Wed/7am) 
  • Drop In After Drop Off: Designed for parents, this class makes it easy to prioritize your fitness after school drop-off. Caregivers have the option to bring their younger children with them to class. Fit/Play parents are welcome to join this class! (Thu/9:00am)
  • Core Foundations: Strengthen your center in just 30 minutes with this power-packed core workout. (Thu/5pm)
  • Healthy Hustle: A dynamic workout to get your heart pumping and energy flowing. (Thu/5:45pm)
  • Barre 360: Kick start your Fridays with this challenging, yet low-impact, barre class. (Fri/7:40am)
