Boot those Monday blues with Barre Bootcamp!
Start your week off strong with this twist on a traditional barre class. This class combines the graceful, muscle-toning precision of barre with the high-intensity, full-body power of bootcamp. Expect intervals both at and away from the barre that challenges your stamina and leaves you feeling strong and energized. This class will use a variety of equipment such as light to medium weights, sliders, resistance bands, blocks, pilates balls, etc.

Equipment Needed:
-Pilates/barre socks (recommended, bare feet are an option as well)
-Water bottle
-Mat (optional: instructor will provide if needed)
-Weights will be provided
