What is Fuzion Pilates?
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. You will perform a series of exercises designed to build strength, stability and flexibility, on a soft mat on the floor. Improve your posture and balance, reduce back pain and increase your muscle tone. Appropriate for all levels of fitness as exercises will be modified to fit your needs.

Meet the Instructor: Jana Heath
Jana Heath is an NASM and ACE certified personal trainer with an M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She has run a fitness and wellness business, Fuzion Fitness, for over 15 years and is a dedicated fitness professional.
