UPDATE 8/1: Due to COVID19 Explorer's Summer Camp will not exceed more than 14 children per group with a total of 3 groups. There will be no exceptions, so register soon! Campers are required to bring a face mask with them every day and wear them in during select close quaters activities. Explorer's Day Camp will not be offering Before Care and After Care. Camp will run 9am-4pm daily. Field Trips are also cancelled for the summer.

The study of the natural sciences including physics, chemistry, geology, and biology at Explorers Day Camp.

Grab your white lab coats and Bunsen burners - it's Campology! All activities this week are science themed, and who doesn't love science? The excitement on a camper's face when an experiment actually works is rewarding and heart warming. This week, Explorers will be making volcanoes! Campers will also be observing what happens when white vinegar and baking soda are sealed in an air tight container. (Click here to see our slow-mo clip on Facebook from last year's experiment!). Animal Embassy is visiting along with their furry, scaly, and (hopefully this year) prickly friends. This week has a lot of electric potential to end the summer!

Explorers Day Camp is the perfect opportunity for youth to make new friends, participate in a variety of activities and create memories that last a lifetime! The program includes a variety of outdoor activities at the park including team games, sports, arts & crafts and more. Campers swim daily at Mills Pond Pool; and they enjoy weekly visits from Rolling Videogames Truck or another entertainer!

In the event of bad weather the program may be relocated to the Canton Community Center. Parents will be notified of the new pick up location via e-mail or updates through the Remind Application.
