Hybrid Chair Exercise Class
This one-hour class includes warm-up, resistance training, cardio, balance and cool-down/stretch segments using a chair for seated or standing movements. Light weights, stretch bands or a hand towel, and light balls are used. You may bring your own tools or we can provide them. Please bring water!
This will be a Hybrid class where if there is inclement weather, class will be moved to Zoom instead - class will not be cancelled. A drop in option is available, for those who prefer to only participate when class is in-person.
Please review all COVID-19 protocols prior to registering. Safety guidelines are subject to changed based on State of CT Sector Rules.
- Part of the update includes:
- If spacing allows, participants may exercise without their masks when a 12 foot distance between all participants and instructors can be maintained.
- If spacing can only allow the traditional 6 feet of space, then masks must be worn at all times during the class.
