This class combines classic Pilates beginner and intermediate exercises. Focusing on form, we perform a large variety of exercises calling for lower repetitions, which invites all levels of ability. Come and see the many benefits this discipline can bring to you. Please bring a mat and hand towel, additional equipment supplied.
